2020 Information and Guidance

April 2020 Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued 1135 waivers for providers in long-term care on April 9, 2020.  Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a retroactive effective date of March 1, 2020, and will be effective until the end of the emergency declaration.
