Credentia cannot trouble shoot or support problems with Internet connection at a Test Site because that service is provided by a different company such as AT&T or Spectrum.
Credentia cannot trouble shoot or support problems with equipment such as computers, monitors, tablets, headphones, webcams, smartphones, etc. Test Sites should contact their Information Technology Department to ensure equipment is compatible with Credentia’s testing platform. In addition, Test Sites should remove all necessary firewalls to ensure Candidates can access and complete the exam.
