Many Training Programs serve as Test Sites across North Carolina. Test Sites submit test dates to Credentia based on their location’s availability.
If a Training Program is not available to serve as a Test Site, but they have Candidates that need to test, then they are encouraged to partner with another Training Program/Test Site to ensure their Candidates get tested in a timely manner.
Training Programs are encouraged to serve as a Test Site because Candidates have 24 months and 3 attempts to take the exam after successfully completing a training program.
The requirements for the state-approved nurse aide exam are determined by federal laws and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Training Programs can upload Candidates individually or in batches based on their preference.
