The Health Care Personnel Education and Credentialing Section processes more than 50,000 Nurse Aide I renewal forms each year. Timely renewals are vital to the aides and facilities where they work. To complete this number of renewals each year, Online Renewal Form and Online Employment Verification Form are required to be submitted before a NA’s listing expires. It is the responsibility of the Nurse Aide to know when their listing expires and renew on time.
