Eligibility Pathways

There are two pathways to qualify for reciprocity:

Pathway #1 – North Carolina Rule 10A NCAC 13O .0301
- Applies to all candidates seeking reciprocity
Pathway #2 – North Carolina General Statute § 93B-15.3
- Applies to candidates from Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and West Virginia who were not approved under Pathway #1
