First Name and Last Name Guidelines

Review the guidelines below prior to submitting the online renewal forms:

The first name and last name entered in the renewal forms must match the name listed in the registry, including hyphens and suffixes.
Complete the Registry Change Request Form if your legal name is not correctly reflected in the registries.
Do not enter apostrophes in the renewal forms. If the name listed in the registry includes an apostrophe and is spelled correctly, you do not need to complete the Registry Change Request Form.
