The North Carolina state-approved Geriatric Aide training program can only be offered by a community college that has a North Carolina state-approved Nurse Aide I training program.
The North Carolina state-approved Geriatric Aide training program curriculum includes 31 modules to be taught in 75 clock hours in the classroom (theory) plus 25 clock hours in a clinical setting for a total of 100 clock hours.
