Nurse Aide and Medication Aide Guidelines
Review the guidelines below prior to submitting the online renewal forms:
- Submit separate renewal forms for listings on the Nurse Aide I Registry and the Medication Aide Registry
for Nursing Homes.
- Submit renewal forms within 90 days before the registry listing expiration date.
- The last date worked must fall within the registration/listing period identified on the form.
- The renewal forms do not apply to Nurse Aide II listings with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
