Training Waivers

The Division of Health Service Regulation has partnered with Credentia to process training waiver requests.

To submit a training waiver application, complete the following steps:

Review the Eligibility Types and Requirements.
Visit the Credentia North Carolina Nurse Aide website.
Create a Credentia Platform account.
Log in to your account.
Complete and submit the training waiver application that corresponds to the appropriate eligibility type and requirement (E8, E9, or E10).
